In 2010, Yan & Partners worked on the installation of seawall bricks and caissons for the C2 section of the Wan Chai Central Harbourfront Development Project. The client for this project was CEDD (Civil Engineering and Development Department). In 2016, Yan & Partners was involved in the temporary water diversion pipe installation and removal works for the C3 section of the Wan Chai Central Harbourfront Development Project. Once again, the client for this project was CEDD.
